Di Overton commented...How many times have I been to Paris? How many times have I not found Repetto? Di, this post if for you!
Repetto has been around since 1947...Frankly Di, you should have found it by now, non?!

Where in the world can you find so many plain vanilla black ballerinas I ask you? Di, I don't like to think where you've been buying your ballerinas. Perish the thought.
*Note there is another shooter on the premises making movies no less.
They're very smart at Repetto. They understand our obsession with their adorable shoes and are quite permissive with us.
In fact, they cleverly play with all of our old dreams of becoming a ballerina. They grab a hold of our 5-year old brain and clasp it to their bosom, playing into all our deepest fantasies. Here you can pretend you are a prima ballerina and sit yourself down on a red velvet banquette... *Note the velvet ropes on the left

Out walking on Sunday I saw these plain vanilla black ballerinas at a somewhat lower price than Repetto (starting at 150 euros=ouch)Bien sur I showed the photo to French Girl before purchasing.
She nearly had a complete fit on the spot.
