While Anne was visiting us in Paris, I organized a "get together" at our local park - The Parc de Sceaux.
The weather was pretty chilly, but that didn't stop us for stepping out and strolling the afternoon away...

A tree of stunning colour! Almost looks like autumn.....
In front of the cherry tree grove. No more flowers life, save for a few blossoms here and there.
This always seems to be the corner of the park were the trees are the last to grow their leaves back in spring.... I wonder why?
These trees are cut squarely to give a very regal feeling.
I do have to say that I like this symmetrical and squared style. Not all of the parks trees are trimmed in this manner... Most of the trees are left to grow naturally.
