A few months ago, Alex and I attended a retirement party for one of the gals who works at the reception desk at my gym, Moving. She's such a sweet lady! She's worked there for 25 years- WOW! Anyhow, it was a really fun night and we stayed for a few hours to enjoy music, good company and a really GREAT LOOKING spread of healthy food!
