So... here is my cake! It was REALLY moist and just perfect with the whipped cream. The passionfruit icing was a nice added touch...
Everyone loved it and it was a HUGE hit! In fact, no one at the table had EVER eaten banana cake in their life-- this is NOT the same as banana bread, by the way... Totally different taste and texture. Alex had never eaten it before, imagine that! If you want the recipe please check the post before this with the link to the recipe...
