This piece montee was in Pierre Herme's rue Bonaparte shop...

I am ever obsessed with these tall stacks of macarons and so fun to paint!

I am soooo tempted to invest in one of these at Laduree, strictly for research of course.

I love this logo for the French Bakery association...

I love the way you see these all over Paris decorating whatever like Xmas trees - here at Le Valentin...

Lenotre has made their piece montee into a twirly tall tower...

Saduharu Aoki's real tree of macarons at last year's Salon du Chocolat...

Wouldn't it be fun if these were giant macarons climbing up the sides of the Eiffel Tower and it was for REAL...say for Macaron Day in Paris?

This is Sophia's tower of carmalized macarons...

She created this mini tea salon...dreamy non?
