Brilliant and Exquisite Chocolates made in the U.S. 
Christopher Elbow has a flavourful past, indeed... He has been involved with the opening of quite a few famous restaurants in Las Vegas. While "working as pastry chef position at the American Restaurant, in Kansas City, he began perfecting his chocolate-making skills and after offering" his delights to various local markets, he decided to open his own business.... THANK GOD for all of us chocolate lovers!!!

Elbow chocolates are exquisite and the wide variety of intriguing flavours is just amazing, almost mind-boggling! I am going to order some from the States and have my friend bring them over with her when she comes to visit us... Then, I will be able to report back about the taste! I'm sure they are just delicious!
