I Miss U all my Blog

My past two weeks have been filled with with LOTS of cookie baking... I am about done with cookies and moving on to cakes and breads- I made a DELISH applesauce cake that calls for dates, raisins, walnuts and Guinness bear! Can you imagine- It's super moist and DELISH!! I have to say!

Next, I worked on panettone dough- and it's still a 'work in progress' as it's rising now and will continue until this afternoon! I'll bake it later on...

Then, later tonight, I'm going to bake a bûche de noël for tomorrow night's dinner with Alex's family.... Wish me luck! I'll add pics later...
