BEAR sends you all a last bisous/kiss from Paris...
It's been such a lovely trip and the weather co-operated perfectly - plein de soleil et pas trop de pluie!
BEAR did not ride a Velib or any other bike malheureusement - too busy running...
BEAR did go to a FAB croissant tasting at Amy's, who didn't know she live in a 'chambre de bonne' once a maid's room. Amy fell in love with all the gorgeous views of Paris...
As one is inclined to do if one lives on the SIXTH floor up in Paris....
Ah ze croissant tasting...Miam-miam!
BEAR was in 7th heaven on the 6th floor...ahem
Carol was in 7th heaven with all the pate de tartiner spreads (caramel au beurre sale, cocoa-honey, noisette, bla bla bla ) she brought along to put on those croissants. Carol forgot to take serious notes in her ummm state of spread-extasy...
Off to meet ex-pat gallerist Grace in Montmartre of galerie Chez Grace.
Grace took BEAR to Cafe des 2 Moulins - Amelie's cafe from the adorable movie on rue Lepic - YUM!
BEAR had quite a full day of eating on Saturday, that ended with a divine home-cooked dinner and delicious cabernet franc from Chateau du Petit Thouars.
BEAR was in 7th heaven on the 6th floor...ahem
Carol was in 7th heaven with all the pate de tartiner spreads (caramel au beurre sale, cocoa-honey, noisette, bla bla bla ) she brought along to put on those croissants. Carol forgot to take serious notes in her ummm state of spread-extasy...

Our Sunday flight was at 7 PM (or rather 19:10) so we killed time in W.H.Smith admiring bear stickers...
And jam stickers...
A last later run to the Raspail Bio marche...
For some pommes to eat on the plane.
And a gift for our kind hostess, who dreams of eclair seame noir from Sadaharu Aoki - who wouldn't?
The curtain was coming down on Paris pastries for BEAR, as it usually does by 2 o'clock on Sundays in Paris...
At Charles de Gaulle, BEAR cleverly grabbed a salade verte before boarding. AirFrance meals are not what they once were...hmmm
A bit of browsing in the dutyfree is a must is it not?
Especially Eiffel Towers...
BEAR as usual, checks out all the bears - these Fauchon Bears are awfully appealing...
After a smooth AF flight and lots of zzzzzzzs,

There's certainly a lot of interest in what goes into the bouche/mouth...
Big mouths all over Paris...
In the vitrine at La Grande Epicerie makes perfect sense. Where else would you want to go food shopping if you had any centimes...
I kept seeing big mouths and I don't just mean that figuratively...
Though no one seems to wear much lipstick bien sur...
Eating flowers? Why not, if they're orchids...
Oddly the tiniest mouth in Paris was in Pierre Herme's vitrine/window. This makes no sense at all.

Kiss kiss PB readers today!!!
You send me the sweetest emails, like the one I got today-I live in Australia and I’m 16 in 2011. I love art with a passion and I’m painting my own French piece for art class which you’ve inspired me to do. I’ve searched the internet and you’re art work is the best I’ve found! I really enjoy looking through your blog, paintings and photos. They’ve inspired me to go to France in my gap year to be an Ampere and to paint in my spare time. You’ve also inspired me to try a macaron! I’m getting a bit impatient, they look delicious! Anyway, just looking at your pictures brightens my day that little bit more. So, thank you for sharing your paintings and French experiences with me. J
