Singer Avril Lavigne has apologised for her foul-mouthed outburst at a recent baseball game.
The What The Hell singer has said she is sorry for the rant - which was heard by more than 24,000 people - during the Tampa Bay Rays' game in Tampa, Florida.
Lavigne had experienced some technical issues during her performance at the game, which led to the crowd booing her.
She then said that 'sound problems f***ing happen on a baseball field'.
Lavigne later said: 'We just had so much fun tonight and we want to take the tirade out and say thank you to the Tampa Bay Rays! I'm truly sorry if anyone was offended by my language.
