The 55-year-old writer - who split from her husband of 25 years after he confessed he had fathered a 14-year-old son with their former housekeeper Mildred 'Patty' Baena - has reportedly told friends she will file papers to legally end their union after deciding she cannot forgive him.

A close friend of Maria's told RadarOnline.com: "Maria absolutely will be filing for divorce.

"It's not a matter of if Maria will file for divorce, but when."

Baena, 50, fell pregnant while she was working for the former California Governor and his wife Maria Schriver, according to US gossip site RadarOnline.com.

According the publication, pictures from MySpace show Baene, 50, who is understood to have worked as a housekeeper for Schwarzenegger until she retired in January.
'She is the one,' a source told the website.

Baena and Schwarzenegger, 63, reportedly conceived the illegitimate child more than a decade ago, behind the back of the Hollywood superstar's wife and Kennedy heiress Maria Schriver.

'They have a son together,' a source told the mag.

Baene reportedly worked for the Schwarzenegger-Schriver family for 20 years before retiring in January.
