Taylor Swift has turned paparazzi and holds a camera for the cover of Australia’s Girlfriend magazine.

Taylor, wearing a black dress, was chosen as the mag’s cover star after its readers voted her as their most popular celebrity.

Inside the magazine, Taylor explains her fascination with “unlucky” number 13.

“I paint this [13] on my hand before every show because 13 is my lucky number – for a lot of reasons,” she says.

“I was born on the 13th. I turned 13 on Friday the 13th. My first album went gold in 13 weeks. My first number one song had a 13-second intro.

“Every time I’ve won an award I’ve been seated in either the 13th seat, the 13th row, the 13th section or row M, which is the 13th letter.”

Taylor Swift proves there is no limit to her imagination with the music video for her latest single, 'Mean.'

A series of vignettes, showcasing the different shapes and sizes in which bullies come, are weaved throughout the tune, and leave the persecuted party with the uplifting knowledge that their tormentor is just mean.

Whether you're a classic damsel in distress (portrayed by Taylor herself), shunned ballerina, hardworking Chippy Cheddar's sign girl or high school football team dropout, you can overcome those who are determined to keep you down.

Taylor Swift is opening the doors for her dress rehearsal to help those devastated by the tornadoes that touched down in the South. The 21-year-old country singer is selling 13,000 tickets for fans to come see her last dress rehearsal for her ‘Speak Now’ tour. All proceeds from ticket sales will go towards those that lost homes, family, and friends in the recent disaster that killed 329 people and leveled entire communities.

Taylor says:

“I was watching the coverage of the tornadoes backstage at rehearsals, and I wanted to do something for the families affected by the damage. I’ve never opened a rehearsal to the public before, but I felt that inviting my fans to the last rehearsal for the ‘Speak Now’ tour would be a great way to raise money.”

“We will probably still be doing some fine-tuning to the show that night, since this will be a true rehearsal, but I feel like it is so important for me and my fans to help if we can.
