1 1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Apple juice
1 oz Monin violet syrup
3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

1 shot St. Germain liqueur
¼ shot Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Champagne
Champagne
Pour first two ingredients in a chilled champagne flute
Top with champagne
Garnish with lemon zest
St Germaine liqueur is made from the delicate white elderflower blossoms grow on trees at the foothills of the Alps. Pretty and edible... or at least, drinkable, when made into liqueur.
