Hi Everyone!
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce to you a fellow American and expat in Paris- Cat (aka "Little Miss Cupcake) @ Little Miss Cupcake. I just found her blog this week and was very excited to find someone like ME here in my region. Someone has shares a passion of baking and who bakes up cupcakes, too.
