I was at the local Monoprix the other day and had a few "kitchen" questions for one for gals who worked there. We discussed the differences between different soft cheeses and cream, and THEN showed me a VERY cool product that keeps whipped cream stiff. It's a powder that you add to the whipped cream as you are making it, and it works really well! I am surprised I have never found this before! What a great discovery! I whipped up some chantilly and piped it onto my cupcakes!
