Chelsea Handler is the cover girl for the latest issue of The Hollywood Reporter.

In the mag, Chelsea discusses the the Kardashians(ofcourse), Jennifer Aniston(ofcourse) and the need for a challenge in her career.

On telling Jennifer Aniston to stay away from the Kardashians: Jennifer [Aniston] said she saw the Kardashians at dinner last night... She was like, 'They're nice.' And I said: 'Don't get photographed with the Kardashians!' People will blame me for it!"

On being a self-proclaimed control freak: “I have final say in everything I’m a part of, whether it’s Chelsea Lately or my books and my stand-up. That [kind of power] doesn’t happen a lot. And I didn’t know it didn’t happen until it happened to me and I realized I was the only one.”

On her plans for the future: “The next step for me is not The Tonight Show. That’s a job for Jimmy Fallon. I’m way too divisive for a show like that. I want to do something that’s going to utilize my brain a little more than this show. If Lately is the show that I’m going to do, it’s going to change. But it may turn out that I’m done with it altogether. I can’t keep doing the same thing; my brain is bleeding. I want to do something that’s more mindful and isn’t celebrity-centered. I’m not looking to totally bail on E! They’ve done a lot for me, and I like it here. If you take away the Kardashians.”

Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox have reportedly fallen out over Cox's friendship with her male Cougar Town co-stars.

The former Friends stars have been pals since meeting on the sitcom in 1994, but a source told Us Weekly that 'there's tension', as Aniston, 42, disapproves of her Cox, 46, hanging out with Brian Van Holt and Josh Hopkins while she is still married to David Arquette.

'Jen thinks Courteney is acting callous by running around with this guy but refusing to file divorce papers,' said the insider. 'Like she's playing mind games with David.'

Cox and Arquette announced their trial split in September 2010, and her behaviour is said to have reminded Jen about what she went through during the breakdown of her marriage to Brad Pitt, when he ran into the arms of Angelina Jolie.

'She hates watching Courteney do the same thing,' the source added.

The poster for Jennifer Aniston’s new movie “Horrible Bosses” was just released and Jen is sporting a darker do.Jen has been a blonde every since I can remember and now I know why. The darker hair doesn’t look horrible, but she’s definitely hotter as a blonde.

The 42- year old looks so much younger and fresher with the blonde hair. The darker hair makes her look a bit average.

Even though Jen is sporting darker hair for the movie, don’t expect her to step out with that hair color.

Her longtime colorist Michael Canale recently said that she would change her hair color "only for movie roles."

Thankfully, we all agree that she is hotter as a blonde. Right???
