Ingredients
- 2 parts gin (we used Hendrick's)
- 1/2 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 part fresh lime juice
- 4 parts soda water to top off
- Lime slice or wedge for garnish
- Mint sprig for garnish
Directions
- Combine gin, liqueur, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake. Pour over ice in glass. Add soda water, and stir. Garnish with lime and mint.
- To make the labels, download the PDF file with Eunice's design. Replace the text with the name and description of your own drink. Print onto sturdy white paper, and use a craft knife to cut out the label along the light gray lines.
- Use the craft knife and metal ruler to cut slits in the corners where marked. Wrap a grosgrain ribbon around the beverage dispenser or punch bowl, and slip the ends through the slits from the front; attach to the back of the label with double-sided tape.
